Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer exchanges based on available inventory.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@boltz-gear.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
