Standard delivery is about 4-7 business days but varies by country. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of the purchase date. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow an additional 2 weeks for prescription eyewear orders.
We offer free returns for exchanges or store credit on all orders when claimed within 30 days of your order being delivered. We also offer returns for a full refund if claimed within 14 days of your order being delivered. Prescription eyewear orders are not eligible for returns.
